Linkspider Pay — banking terms
The terms that apply to your Linkspider Pay wallet, subscriptions, and payments. Please read them before you top up or subscribe.
Last updated: 28 October 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of Linkspider Pay, the payment and wallet services delivered by Linkspider Technology Services, a UK-only micro business operated by Bridgland and Bridgland C/o Limited. By opening an account, topping up a wallet, or starting a subscription you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Linkspider operates with a micro budget and, while our cover and partnerships are global, the range of services we can offer at any one time is limited. We will tell you before you are charged if a service is not available to you.
2. Access and eligibility
Accounts are issued through Cloudflare Access. You register an email address to the service usergroup, receive an invitation, and complete a second sign-in with the identity provider we use for validation. Service tokens issued to you are personal, must not be shared, and are revoked when you sign out of the portal.
Linkspider Pay is offered to UK customers. For insurance reasons, new business is not accepted from North America or Canada. Coverage for existing engagements extends globally, including Canada and America.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for any business you register.
3. Wallet balances
Your wallet is a prepaid balance held against future services. It is not a bank deposit, is not interest bearing, and is not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. Balances are recorded on our blockchain-backed ledger so that every movement is attributable and auditable.
Top-ups are applied once payment has cleared. We do not support transfers between customers, cash withdrawals, or third-party payouts from a wallet balance.
4. Payments, subscriptions and billing
Card payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Linkspider never sees or stores your full card details. Prices are shown in the currency presented at checkout and include any applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the period you selected until cancelled. Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing period. Failed payments may be retried, and services may be suspended while an amount remains outstanding.
Where a fee is quoted in scientific notation on this site, it is a display of the same amount billed at checkout. The amount at checkout governs.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. Wallet top-ups are non-refundable once credited, except where required by law or where we fail to deliver the service purchased.
If a service is unavailable for a sustained period because of a fault on our side, contact support and we will apply a credit to your wallet for the affected time.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Linkspider Pay for unlawful payments, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, or the sale of prohibited goods. We may suspend or close an account, and withhold access to a balance where the law requires it, if we reasonably suspect such activity.
Where our services reach third-party infrastructure, you must respect the terms and rate limits of the destinations you call. Automated access must not be used to overload, disrupt, or bypass access controls on any system.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep Linkspider Pay available at all times but do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upstream Cloudflare or Stripe incidents, and matters outside our control may interrupt access. We will publish what we can through the portal when an incident occurs.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
Our total liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Your data
We hold the minimum personal data needed to operate your account and meet our legal obligations, and we process it in line with UK data protection law. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office. Our cookie notice explains the essential cookies we set.
Payment card data is handled by Stripe under its own protections. Identity and access session data is handled by Cloudflare Access.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be notified by email or in the portal before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms, a charge, or your account should go through the contact page or by reply to any message we send you. Please include your account email and, where relevant, the payment reference so we can locate the transaction.
Linkspider is a UK micro business. Wallet balances are prepaid service credit, not deposits, and are not protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
