Linkspider is not a single product but a connected suite of applications, each engineered to address a distinct stage of the web-data lifecycle — from secure access and crawl orchestration through to storage, settlement, and billing. Together they form a platform that lets clients move from sign-up to production with the minimum possible friction, while keeping every request hardened behind Cloudflare Access.
The entry point is the Cloudflare Service Token Portal: a streamlined sign-up flow that provisions a one-year service token and drops the client directly into the Linkspider dashboard. From there, the surrounding apps layer on capability. The following pages describe each application that Linkspider has created and how it fits within the wider ecosystem.
Linkspider Cloudflare Service Token Portal
The gateway you are using right now. It provisions one-year Cloudflare Access service tokens, securely stores the associated client credentials, and routes clients through a streamlined sign-up flow directly into the Linkspider dashboard. Every token is bound to the Cloudflare Access system, ensuring that requests to Linkspider services are authenticated at the edge before they ever reach an origin server.
Linkspider Pro
The flagship professional tier. Built for teams that need higher throughput, priority support, and access to the full Linkspider crawl-and-extract toolkit. Pro subscribers receive expanded rate limits, dedicated API keys, and the ability to run concurrent extraction jobs across large target sets.
Linkspider Business
An organisational plan designed for companies running Linkspider at scale. Business unlocks seat management, shared workspaces, and team-wide usage reporting. It is suited to agencies and internal data teams that need multiple operators working from a single, governed account.
Linkspider Pay Wallet
A prepaid wallet that tops up on demand. The wallet holds a running balance that can be spent across any metered Linkspider service, so occasional users never need to commit to a recurring subscription. Top-ups are available in flexible denominations and are applied instantly.
Linkspider Drive & Cloud Office Storage
Purpose-built storage for the artefacts Linkspider produces — crawl exports, extracted datasets, and rendered snapshots. Offerings range from a compact 250MB tier with custom-domain support through to a 1GB plan bundled with a custom domain and 500MB of Cloud Office storage, giving each client a home for their collected data.
Linkspider QR Code Payment
A lightweight, pay-by-scan option for clients who prefer to settle ad-hoc invoices from a mobile device. It generates a scannable Linkspider payment token that maps directly to an outstanding balance, removing friction for one-off transactions without requiring a full checkout flow.
Linkspider Subscription & Billing Layer
Underpinning every product above is a unified billing layer powered by Stripe. It handles recurring monthly and annual plans, one-off top-ups, and metered usage, all surfaced through a single, consistent payment experience that keeps Linkspider services accessible to clients of every size.
What unifies these applications is a single design principle: secure by default, simple by choice. The Cloudflare Access service token sits at the root of every interaction, the storage tiers give data a permanent home, the wallet and billing layer keep payment flexible, and the Pro and Business plans scale that same foundation for heavier workloads.
